Right now…  Blind-sided by an inexplicable tiredness that in days past would have triggered habitual retraction or aggression I am somehow able to stand still in this misty dark tunnel.  Old self programming wrestles my soul holding nightly vigils to maintain authority over the control tower, and yet stillness prevails.  In fits and starts, I begin a mourning process covering a multitude of disappointments – the tears only come forth after a tight squeeze of the abdomen – and the felt experience only unravels to the point of shudders and quakes but stops before the great sob.  These are ancient unshed tears built by generations of denial.  Nevertheless, they are ushered forth by some dispassionate mystery.  There is something I resonate with here that does not resemble pleasures of times past!  And so I wait…
